Before you start
What You Will Need
The first question asks whether you hold a deed or a lease. The form then asks only what applies to you.
Your most recent rent receipt or payment confirmation has to reach the Records Division, but documents are never uploaded through this website — you attach them to your Discord ticket after you submit, where staff can check them against the rental record.
Start the Application- Deed holders give the parcel or lot number, the subdivision, and the date the deed was issued.
- Leaseholders give the unit or parcel number, the subdivision, and the lease start and end dates.
- Everyone gives an in-character name, date of birth and Magnolia Hills address, and signs the declaration.
- Everyone attaches a rent receipt to their Discord ticket.
