Future Resident Waitlist

Thank you for your interest in living in Magnolia Hills. Residency applications are currently closed, but you can join our future resident waitlist.

What this is

An Interest List, Nothing More

Submitting this form lets our team know you’re interested. It does not guarantee a rental, reserve a specific property, or mean your residency application has been approved.

When opportunities become available, we may contact waitlist members with details about the next steps. Everything after that happens in the Magnolia Hills Discord, so the Discord name you give us has to be one that works.

Join the Waitlist
  • It is not a reservation. No property is held for anyone on this list.
  • It is not an approval. Residency is applied for separately, when applications reopen.
  • Active roleplay is required for residency. That is what living here is for.
  • There is no queue position. We contact waitlist members when something suits what they asked for.
  • No real-world information is collected. Second Life and Discord names only.
